Author / Founder

As the author and founder of Torri Enso, I have seen firsthand the toll that long working hours and high-pressure careers can take on individuals. Many people I have encountered have taken on demanding roles, often at the expense of their own well-being, in order to achieve financial success and meet the expectations of others.
I have seen how this lifestyle can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as negatively impact their relationships and overall happiness.
Many individuals are striving for far-reaching goals without taking into consideration the impact on their health and well-being. I have seen people sacrifice their physical and mental health in order to achieve financial success, without realizing that true wealth lies in a balanced and fulfilling life.
This can lead to burnout, chronic illness, and even early death.
Furthermore, individuals may feel pressure to live up to a vision that is based on the ambition of others, rather than their own personal goals and values. They may feel like they have to sacrifice their own well-being in order to meet the expectations of their family, friends, or society as a whole.
It is my mission as a Life-Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Mindfulness Practitioner to help individuals find balance and fulfillment in their lives, even amidst busy schedules and high-pressure careers.
I believe that true success comes from aligning our actions with our personal values and goals, and prioritizing our physical and mental health. Through the principles of Torri Enso, I aim to empower individuals to create a fulfilling and joyful life that honors their well-being and personal growth.
Torri Enso, a holistic approach to wellness
Through my studies and experiences, I have developed Torri Enso, a holistic approach to wellness that integrates the principles of health, Japanese culture, ikigai, Buddhism, meditation, breathwork, sleep, habits, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Some of the key aspects of my research include:
Health: understanding the relationship between our lifestyle choices and our physical and mental health, and exploring ways to optimize our well-being.
Japanese culture: studying the values and traditions of Japan, including the concept of ikigai or "reason for being," and incorporating these into my approach to personal growth and fulfillment.
Buddhism: learning about the principles of mindfulness, compassion, and non-attachment, and exploring ways to integrate these into our daily lives.
Meditation: studying and practicing various forms of meditation and mindfulness practices, and discovering their benefits for reducing stress, improving focus, and promoting well-being.
Breathwork: understanding the science of breathing and its impact on the body and mind, and incorporating breathwork techniques into my coaching practice.
Sleep: exploring the importance of quality sleep for overall health and well-being, and developing strategies for improving sleep habits and optimizing rest.
Habits: understanding the science of habit formation and developing strategies for creating positive habits that support personal growth and success.
Nutrition: studying the impact of food and nutrition on our physical and mental health, and developing strategies for optimizing our nutrition for greater well-being.
